Roy F. Lasater being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty-eight (5£?) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that oi
a farmer.
That he is familiar with the following descr�bed real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
An undivided one-half (1/2) part in value in and to:
The West half o£ the Southeast quarter of section twenty-eight
(28), Town Two (2) South, Range ten (10) west, excepting always
the followinq part thereof, towit: Commencing at the Southeast
corner of said half quarter section and run thence north ten (10)
rods; thence �•7est sixteen (16) rods; thence.South ten (10) rods;
thence East sixteen (16) rods to the beginnirig, all in Gibson
County, Indiana. Beinq the same real estate described in Deed
Record No. 87 page 367, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana;
ALSO, The North one half (1/2) of the east one half (1/2) of
the east one half (1/2) of the southwest auarter of Section
twenty-eight (28), Townshio two (2) south, Range ten (10) west,
containing 20 acres, more or less. Being the same real estate
described in Deed Record No. 111, page 364, Office of the Recorder
oi Gibson County, I�diana.
ALSO, A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter .
of Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Two (2) South, Range Ten
(10) 6dest, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the Southeast
corner of said Southwest Quarter, Southeast Quarter of said Sec-
tion, Township and range running thence North Ten (10) rods;
thence 47est Sixteen (16) Rod�; thence South Ten (10) rods; thence
East Sixteen (16) rods; to the place of beginning and containing
one acre more or less. Being the same real estate described in
Deed Record No. 90 page 184, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana, and being the same real estate described in
Deed Record No. 166 page 295, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana.
For chain of title see Deed Record No. 168, page 22, Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
Also, The east half of the northwest quarter of section (34),
township (2) south, range (10) west of the second principal
meridian, containing (80) acres, more or less. Being the same
real estate described in deed record No. 104 page 469, Office
of the Recorder o£ Gibson County, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 133,
page 105, Office of the Recorder o£ Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Roy F. Lasater and Jewell M.
Lasater, husband and wi£e as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowl-
edge that the said Jewe11 M. Lasater died testate, on or about
December 22, 1973, and that said Roy F. Lasater and Kewell M.
Lasater were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the
said Jewell M. Lasater.

Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Jewell M. Lasater at the time
of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent will probably not be subject to any Federal
Estate Tax,
