at No. 804 N. Main Street, Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, being

first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
That she is more than thirty (30) years of age and is wel`1
acquainted with the following described real estate located in Gibson
Covnty, State of Indiana, towit:
The south half of Lot number 1, in Warnock's Addition to the Town
(now city) of Princeton, in Gibson County, Indiana. Being the same
real estate heretofore conveyed to Harold W. Lewis, now deceased,
Deed Record 82 page 13, Office of the Recorder' of Gibson County,
Indiana; and, being the same real estate described in Deed Record
No. 156 page 499, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
This affiant says that one Adelia Lewis (unmarried) was the
owner pursuant to the several provisions of the deedtereinabove re-
ferred to of an undivided one-half (1/2) part thereof in value of
the aforedescribed real estate; that said Adelia Lewis died testate,
a resident of Gibson County, Indiana on June 19, 1966; that decedent's
last will and testament was admitted to probate through the Office
of the Clerk of the Gi�n Circuit Court at Princeton, Indiana, on
Ju1y 26, 1966, and is now of record in Will Record�Page
Sf G Office of said Clerk.
That all of the debts and liabilities of decedent's eatate
were duly paid and under the provisions of decedent's last wi11
and testament this affiant together with her husband, Harold F.
Lewis, became the owner of decedent`s undivided one-half (1/2) in-
terest in said property under said decedent's last-will and testament;
and, that this affiant together with her said husband, do now as of
this date own said real estate as hereinabove described in its
entirety as tenants by the entirety.
That decedent's estate was leas than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00)
Dollars and was not subject to a Federal Estates Tax; and, a11 of
the Indiana Inheritance Tax liability on decedent's estate was
determined by the Gibson Circuit Court in Estate Dkt. No. PR 66 -

That this affidavit is made for the purpose of obtaining
a transfer on the Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana Transfer
Books of the Auditor of said County of the real estate as herein-
above described to the name of Harold F. Lewis and Alice Lewis,
husband and wife.
Further thia affiant sayeth not.
