That he is more than ninety-two (92) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that
of a retired farmer.
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, indiana, towit:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest 4uarter of Section
11, Township 2 South, Range 11 West, and more particularly described
as follows;= Begin at a point in the North line of said 4uarter
Section 397.85 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof and run
thence South, parallel to the West line of said Quarter Section,
50 feef to an iron in the Soutti right of way line of Indiana State
Highway numbered 64; thence continuing South, as above,�80 feet;
to an ironi thence West parallel to said North line 291.85 feet,
to an ironi 106 feet East of the West line of said Quarter Section;
thence North, parallel to said West line 80 feet, to an iron in
said South right of way line; thence continuing North 50 feet to
said'North line; thence East along said Quarter Section line 397.85
feet; to the place of beginning, containing .23 of an acre, more or
less, in Patoka Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana;
For chain of title see Deed Record 143, page 10; Deeii Record 143,
page 60; Deed Record 143,'page 96; Deed Record 143, page 217; and
Deed Record 149, page 316, all in the Office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Scott Littlepage and Ada
Littlepage, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Ada Littlepage died testate, on or about January 25,
1975 and that said Scott Littlepage and Ada Littlepage were husband
and wife, at the time of the death of the said Ada Littlepage.
Decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal
Estate Tax; but, for the administration of the estate of Ada
Littlepage see Probate Docket 75 - 18, Gibson Circuit Court, Princeton,
indiana.
