AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTZRETY �:
Hubert Joseph Loehrlein, being first duly sworn,upon
his oath, deposes and says:
That he is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is a Truck Dr-iver;
That he is familiar with the followingc�scribed real
estate located in Gibson County, indiana, towit:
A part of Section 6, township 4 south, range 10 west and bounded
as follows: Beginning at a point 105 rods west of the northeast
corner of the west half of the east half of said section 6, and
running thence west 12.5 fods; thence south 12.5 rods; thence east
12.5 rods; thence north 12.5 rods to the place of beginning,�
containinq one acre.geinq the same real �state described j.n Deed Rec.
133 page 35, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge thatsaid above described
real property was formerly owned by Hubert Joseph Loehrlein and
Virginia C. Loehrlein, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety,
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
chat the said Virginia C. Loehrlein died on or about August 27,
1967, and that said Hubert Joseph Loehrlein and Virginia C.
Loehrlein, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of
the said Virginia C. Loehrlein.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Virginia C. Loehrlein,
at the time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal �
Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00)
and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any
Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
