AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENAN� ENTIRETY
John W. Ballard, being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that of an attorney
practicing law in Brinceton, Indiana,
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
TRACT A:
A part of the southwest quarter of thenorthwest quarter of section
fifteen (15), township four (4) south, range ten (10) west, bounded
as follows: Beginning in the west line of said quarter quarter sec-
tion in the center of the channel of a well defined ditch at a point
four and thirty-one hundredths (4.31) chains north o£ the southwest
corner thereof and running thence north thirteen and nine hundredths
(13.09) chains; thence east nineteen and seventy hundredths (19.70)
chains to the center of the aforesaid ditch, thence in a southwesterly
direction along the center of said ditch to the place of beginning,
containing fourteen and twenty=five hundredths (14.25) acres, more
or less, and being the same real estate as described in a certain deed
recorded in Deed Record No. 92 at page 168 of the office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana; also,
TRACT B:
The northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section fifteen
(15), township four (4) south, range ten (10) west, containing
forty (40) acres, more or less; also, _
TRACT C:
The north part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter
of said section fifteen (15), bounded as follows: Beginning at
the northwest corner of the.said southwest quarter of the north-
west quarter and running thence due east eighty (80) rods; thence
due south twelve (12) rods; thence west eighty (80)_rods; thence
north twelve (12) rods to the place of beginning, containing six
(6) acres.
TRACT D: -
The west part of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of
section fifteen (15), town and range aforesaid, bounded as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the said northeast quaiter of
the northwest quarter and running thence due east forty-one and
one-third (41 1/3) rbds; thence due south sixty-six rods; thence
west forty one and one-third (41 1/3) rods; thence north sixty-six
(66) rods to the place of beginning,.containing seventeen (17) acres,
and being the same real estate as described in a certain deed recorded
in Deed Record No. 87 at page 476 of the office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana; �
Containing in all 77.25 acres, more or less.
That he knows of his own knowledge that said above des-
cribed real p=operty was formerly owned by Fred H. Loewenkamp
and Rosetta M. Loewenkamp, husband and wife as tenants by the
entirety;

Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Fred H. Loewenkamp died intestate on or about the
3rd day of October, 1959; that the estate of the said Fred H.
Loewenkamp was administered upon through letters issued out of
the Gibson Circuit Court, at Princeton, Indiana in Estate Docket
No. 2597; and that said Fred H. Loewenkamp and Rosetta M. Loewenkamp
were husband and wife at the time of the death of the said Fred H.
Loewenkamp.
Affiant fu=ther states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Fred H. Loewenkamp at
the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal E§tate Tax
laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that
the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
