AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH IN PROOF OF
TERMINATION OF LIFE ESTATE
The undersigned, Doris A. Keimer, being first duly
sworn on oath says:
1. That under the last will and testament of
Marshall R. Lorton, deceased, he was named the Executor of
decedent's estate and that as of this date he has presented
his application and bond to qualify as such.
2. That this affiant knows of his own knowledge
that Marshall R. Lorton (unmarried), the within named.decedent
did by his certain Warranty Deed convey the following described
real estate situate in the City of Princeton, Gibson County,
Indiana, towit:
The East 53.5 ft, of Lot number 9 in Block "D" of Hall's
Enlargement to the Southwark Addition to the town (now city)
of Princeton, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No.
147 Page Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
to Mary Madeline Beloat, and in said deed reserved for and on
behalf of himself a life estate in said property.
3. That this affiant knows the said Marshall R.
Lorton died testate a resident of Gibson County, Irr.iiana, on
August 20, 1971, and that as of said date the life estate in
said deed dated August 19, 1971 in favor of Mary Madeline Beloat
terminated, and that sofar as this affiant knows and believes the
said Mary Madeline Beloat is the owner in fee of said real estate
hereinabove described free and discharged of the life estate
reserved by the said Marshall R. Lorton.
That this affidavit is made for the purpose of_
obtaining a correct notation on the Tax Book in the Office of
the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana (City of Princeton Taxing
IInit) to the individual name of Mary Madeline Beloat, with the

said Mary Madeline Beloat to assume the taxes and assessments
now a lien thereon and payable in May, 1972 and thereafter.
