AFFIDAVIT AS T TENANCI�``8Y'�IRETY
Raymond L. Lewis being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than seventy (70) years of age, a resi-
dent of Gibson County, indiana, and his occupation is that of a_
retired businessman. �
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Part of Militia Donation Number 109, Township 1 south,
Range 10 west, described as follows: Begin at a point in the
west line of said Militia Donation Number 109, 1,274,5 feet north
6 degrees east from the southwest corner thereof, and run thence
north 6 degrees east along the west line thereof, 838.5 feet; thence
south 83 degrees 23 minutes east 778.9 feet to an iron; thence
south 6 degrees west 835.3 feet to an iron; thence north 83 de-
grees 37 minutes west 778,9 feet to theplace of beginning and con-
taining 15 acres, more or less;
ALSO, part of Militia Donation Number 109, Township 1 south,
Range 10 west, and described as follows: Begin at a point in the
west line of said Militia Donation, 696.5 feet north 6 degrees
east from the southwest corner thereof, and run thence north 6 de-
grees east along the west line thereof 578 feet; thence south 83
degrees 37 minutes east 778.9 feet to an iron; thence south 6 de-
grees west 575.6 feet; thence north 83 degrees 47 minutes west
778.9 feet to the place of beginning and containing 10.34 acres,
more or less.
Being the same real estate described in Deed;i Drawer #1, Card #5386,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Raymond L. Lewis and Louise
Lewis, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Louise Lewis died testate on or about April 20, 1973,
and that said Raymond L. Lewis and Louise Lewis were husband and
wife, at the time of the death of the said Louise Lewis.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Louise Lewis at the time of
her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax lacvs,will
probably not be subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
