AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Mary Adelia Loveless being first duly sworn up��e
oath deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) yeass of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot number "A" in the Southside Addition to the
City of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed
Record No. 122, page 452, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Cecil Eldon Loveless and Mary
Adelia Loveless, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Cecil Eldon Loveless died testate, on or about the
28th day of December, 1974, and that said Cecil Eldon Loveless and
Mary Adelia Loveless were husband and wife, at the time of the death
of the said Cecil Eldon Loveless.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Cecil Eldon Loveless at
the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax
laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that
decedent's estate is provavly not liable for a Federal Estates Tax;
but forthe determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate
Dkt. No. PR 75 - , Office of the Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
