� AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY �
Viola Lovellette being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot 3 in Broadleigh Park Addition to the City
of Princeton.
Being the same real estate described in Deed
Record No. 121, page 426, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by William S. Lovellette and
Viola Lovellette, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said William S. Lovellette died intestate, on or about
October 7, 1974, and that said William S. Lovellette and Viola
Lovellette were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the
said william S. Lovellette.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said William S, Lovellette at the
time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent will probably not be subject to any Federal
Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
