AFFADAVIT FOR CHANGE OF TAX RECORDS

COUNTY OF POSEY )
Ralph L. Schuler, being first duly sworn upon his
oath, deposes and says that he is the Attorney for Mary Frances
Butler, the sole and only heir at law of jdilliam F. Lowe and
Minnie E. Lowe; Affiant further states that William F. Lowe
preceeded Minnie E. Lowein death, and that Minnie E. Lowe
died on or about the 27th day of October, 1975, a resident of
Posey County, Indiana; the said William F. Lowe and Minnie E.
Lowe were the owners of the following described real estate in
Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, containing
18 acres.
ALSO, part of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, containing 31.72 acres.
Affiant further states that upon the death of William
F. Lowe, the above real estate passed to Minnie E. Lowe as
the surviving owner, and that upon the death of Minnie E. Lowe,
title to the above real estate then vested in the following
person:
Mary Frances Butler
R. R. 1
Cynthiana, Indiana 47612
T.dHEREFORE affiant makes this affidavit to authorize
and request the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to so change
the records of said County that the real estate above described
may appear of record for purposes of taxation in the name of
Mary Frances Butler.
