Lucas, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: � \ That he is more than sixty-seven (67) years of age, a resident-of-Gibson County, indiana, and his occupation is that of a retired utility employee. That he is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: An undivided two-thirds (2/3rds) part in value of the following described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: Beginning at the northwest corner•of the south- east quarter of section twenty-one (21), township (2) south, range eleven (11) west; thence south 17 rods and 6 links; thence east 63 rods and 19'� links; thence north 17 rods and 6 links; thence west to the northwest corner thereof, all in section 21, township two (2) south, range eleven (11) west, and containing 6.75 acres, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 131, page 387, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Inc]iana; ' and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Carlosa V. Lucas and Norma Lucas, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the said Norma Lucas died intestate on or about February 10, 1973, and that said Carlos V. Lucas and Norma.Lucas were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Norma Lucas. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Norma Lucas at the time-of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
