Renner of No. 511 South Hall Street, Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she is personally well acquainted and has been for more than twenty (20) years last past with the chain of title to the following described real estate situate in the Town of Haubstadt Gibson County, Indiana, towit: Old Plan, In-Lot No. 271 and 272, Haubstadt, Gibson County,,Indiana. This affiant further says that she knows of her own knowledge that under Deed dated July 26, 1944 - Deed Record No. 120 page 100, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, that Albert J. Lynn and Olivia L. Lynn, husband and wife, were the owners as tenants by the entirety of said above described real estate. This affiant further says that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Olivia L. Lynn died intestate, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on July 10, 1962 and left her husband, the aforesaid Albert J. Lynn, surviving. That the estate of the said Olivia L. Lynn was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) and the same was not subject to a Federal Estate Tax. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of obtaining a transfer on the tax duplicate in the Office of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana from the joint names of Albert J. Lynn and Olivia L. Lynn, husband and wife, to the name of Albert J. Lynn, individually. F�rther this affiant sayeth not.
