LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MABEL J. LLOYD
I, MABEL J. LLOYD, of Princeton, Gibson County, in the State
of Indiana, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament
hereby revoking all wills and testamentary dispositions by me:at
any time heretofoi•e made.
ITEM I
I direct that my enforceable debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my.death as can conveniently be done, and that
all transfer, estate, succession and inheritance taxes assessed
with respect to any property included in my estate for such tax
purposes, whether or not passine� under my will, shall be paid �iut
of or charged against my residuary estate by my personal
representative of my estate, hereinafter named, as a part of the
expense of administering my estate.
ITEM II
After the discharge of ITEM I above, Z hereby make the

following bequPSts:
1. I give and bequeath unto my daughter LINDY L. WfiEELER
the green fish, the han�ing fish, and three piece tea set.
2. I give and bequeath unto my son CARL S. LLOYD the Mom
and Dad plates and Sandy and Glen's picture.
3. I give and bequeath unto my son JAMES J. LLOYD the lamp
on the television and the recliner.

4. I give and bequeath unto my daughter NELL L. SEANEY the
two (2) metal shelves and bookcase with glass door and what-not
in it and the sea shell in my room.
5. I give and bequearh unto my son ANDY C. LLOYD the Last
Supper picture on the wall and the bed and mattress.
6. I give and bequeath unto my son DOIIGLAS E. LLOYD the
Unicorn clock, the four.(4) piece mirror and two (2) candle sPt,
the two (2) shelves which he made me, and my diamond necklace.
7. I give and bequeath unto my daughter SANDRA J. GREAT-
HOIISE the sea shell light.
8. I give and bequeath unto my son DONALD W. LLOYD the pipe
salt and pepper shakers, the diamond pin, and the mother-�f-
pearl necklace.
9. I give and bequeath unto my daughter-in-law NINA G.
SNODGRASS the big picture by my bed and the diamond pin that Glen
bought.
10. I give and bequeath unto my daughter ALINE M. FARMER the
two table lamps in my room.
11. I give and bequeath unto each of my children any gifts
rhat they bo�zght for me.
ITEM III
After the discharge �f ITEM I and ITEM II above, I hereby
give, devise, and bequeath the use of my home and whatever furni-

ture and household goods remain unto my son DONALD W. LLOYD for
as long as he desires to use the home and pays the bills for said
home. Upon his death, or when he no longer desires to use the
home, then it is my wish and desire that the home, furniture, and
household goods be sold and the proceeds therefrom be divided
ec�xally between LINDy L, (,iHEELER, CARL S. LLOYD, JAMES J. LLOYD,
NELL L. SEANEY, AN�y �, LLOYD, DOIIGLAS E. LLOYD, SANDRA J. GREAT-
AOUSE, ALINE M. PARMER, DONALD W. LLOYD, NINA G. SNODGRASS and
JERRY L. LLOYD, per capita.
ITEM IV
After the discharge of ITEM I, ITEM ZI and ITEM III above, I
give and bequeath the entire residue of my estate, real,
personal, and mixed and wheresoever situate unto LINDY L.
WHEELER, CARL S. LLOYD, JAMES J. LLOYD, NELL L. SEANEY, ANDy C,
LLOYD, DOQGLAS E. LLOYD, SANDFtA J. GREATHOIISE, ALINE M. FARMER,
DONALD W. LLOYD, NINA G. SNODGRASS and JERRY L. LLOYD, per
capita.
ITEM V
I nominate, constitizte and appoint CARL F. LLOYD and ALINE .
M. FARMER, Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament and it
is my desire no bond be required for them.

The foregoing instrument consisting of three (3.) typewritten
pages was in our presence si�ned, published and declared by the
said Mabel J. LLoyd as and for her Last Will and Testament and we
at the same time, at her request and in her presence and in the
presence of each other, hereunto set our signatures as
