VENZTA E. LOUDERMILK (the "Affiant") being first duly sworn upon
her oath, deposes and says:
1. The Affiant has personal knowledge of all matters contained
herein, and the Affiant is in all other respects competent to testify
as to the matters contained herein.
2. That Affiant is one and the same as Venita E. Loudermilk, who
along with her husband, Dewey R. Loudermilk, acquired title to the
following described real estate ("Real Estate") located in Vanderburgh
County, Indiana, to wit:
The North Half of Lots Numbered 45 and 46 in Prince Place
Addition to the City of Princeton, Indiana, as per plat thereof
recorded in Town Plat Record 1 at page 259 in the office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
by Warranty Deed dated September 24, 1973, and recorded September 24,
1973, in Deed Drawer 2, card 6939 in the office of the Recorder of
Vanderburgh County, Indiana; that subsequent thereto and on the 3rd day
of April 1988, Dewey R. Loudermilk departed this life, testate, a
resident of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
3. The Affiant and the Decedent remained wife and husband
continuously from their acquisition of the above described Real Estate,
until separated by the Decedent's death.
4. The Decedent never made a disposition of the Real Estate
inconsistent with the tenancy by the entireties that existed between the
Affiant and the decedent.
5. The Decedent's estate, including jointly-held property,
insurance proceeds and gifts in contemplation of death, was not subject
to federal estate tax.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.
