Niederhaus, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: 1. That he is well acquainted with the family of John J. - Loewenkamp and Louise E. Loewenkamp. 2. That John J. Loewenkamp and Louise E 1 Loewenkamp, widow of Gustav Herrel, who died on the 23rd day of May, 7959, were married on or about the 18th day of June, 1960. 3. That there were no children born to the marriage of John J. Loewenkamp and Louise E. Loewenkamp. 4. That John J. Loewenkamp and Louise E. Loewenkamp were the owners of the following described real estate located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, as tenants by the entireties, to-wit: A strip of ground 25 chains long taken off of the west end of the north half of the southwest quarter of section fifteen (15), in township four (4) south, range ten (10) west, containing fifty (50) acres, more or less. Also a part of the south half of the northwest quarter of said section, township and range and bounded as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said quarter section and running thence north 4.31 chains to the center of a channel of a well defined ditch, thence in a northeasterly direction along the center of said ditch to the east line of the west half of said quarter section; thence east 10.07 chains thence south to the south line of said quarter section; thence west to the place of beginning. Also a part of the west half of the east half of the northwest quarter of said section, township and range, bounded as follows: Beginning in the west line of said west half at a point 17.33 chains north of the southwest corner of said east half, thence north 6.68 chains, thence east 10.07 chains; thence south 6.68 chains; thence west 10.07 chains to the place of beginning the last two named tracts containing 42.25 - acres more or lesa. - - - -- - 5. That John J. Loewenkamp died intestate, a resident of Vanderburgh County, State of Indiana, on the 13th day of February, 1973, and was survived by his wife, Louise E.
