A north part of the east half of the northwest quarter of sectioa 13, township 4 south,
range 10 west in Johnson Townstrip, Gibson Couniy, Indiana and fiuther described as follows:
Begn at a 5/8. inch iron found flush at the northwest comer of the east half of t6e .
northwest quarter of section 13, township 4 south. range 10 wesf and measure north 88 degrees
54 minutes 0 second east, along the north line of the said half quarter sectioq a distance of
1344.44 feet to a 5/8 inch iron found flush, capped Fred J. Kuester; thence measure south 0
degree 0 minute 0 second east, assumed bearin�, along the east line of the said half quarter
section, a distance of 1200.74 feet to a 5/8 inch iron found 1 foot high; thence measure north 86
degees 17 muwtes 11 seconds west, along the north line of the Langford property (deed 6 card
2364). a distance of SQ0.53 feet to a 5/8 inch iron found flush; thence measure south 15 degrees
55 minutes 40 seconds west, along the west line of the Langford property, a distance of 298.13
feet to an iron found buried 'm the center of a county road; thence measure north 52 degrees 22
minutes 12 seconds west, along the center of a county road, a distance of 666.51 feet; thence_
measure north 27 degrees 34 minutes 52 seconds east, along the east line of the Margaret Elpers
property (deed 6 card 2730), a distance of 345.77 feet to a 5/8 inch iron found� flush; thence
measure north 19 degrees 21 minutes 15 seconds east, along the east line of the said Elpers
property, a distance of 212.63 feet to a 5/8 inch iron found buried; thence measure north 83
degees 59 minutes 03 seconds west, along the north line of the Elpers propercy, a distance of
463.86 feet to a 5/8 inch iron found flush; thence measure north 0 degee 33 minutes 53 seconds
west, along t6e west line of the said half quarter section, a discance of 466.35 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 31.980 acres, but subject to the north part of a county road offthe south
side thereof.
This description was written after a sutdy of field notes, deed deacriptions and a survey of the
area was done by myself and a competent helper under my direction. This survey complies with
Tide 865 of the State Board o�Rjegistration for Professi9nal Land Surveyors.
