Virginia Keith, being first duly sworn, upon oath d�poses and
1. That the above decedent Mary V. Lamon died in�es�ate on
August 1, 1999, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana.
2. That no Petition for the aopointment of a Personal
Representative of said decedent is pending in any Courc and more than
45 days have elapsed since the death of the deceden�.
3. That the decedent's spouse had predeceased her.
�. That the decedent died intestate and her heirs are he�
adult children, namely Johnita Ellis, Virqinia Kei�h, Jean Williams,
Charles Edward Lamon and the children of her deceased daughter
Lawanna Ke11, namely Deena A. Harper and Jef�rey Kell.
5. That the gross value of the decedent's esta�e, less liens
and encumbrances, does not exceed the sum of Twenty Pive Thousar.d
Dollars (S25,000.00).

was the following described real estate situate in Gibson County,
Indiana, to-wit:
Lot Number Twenty-Six (20) in Harper's Addition �o �he town
of Oakland City, Indiana.
