AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSffiP
Comes now ROY F. LASATER, being duly sworn upon his oath and
states as follows:
That ROY F. LASATER, is the owner in fee simple of the
following described real estate located in Gibson County, Zndiana,
more particularly described as follows:
TRACT #1: AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF (1/2) INTEREST IN THE
FOLLOWING:
The West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-
Eight (28), Town Two (2) South, Range Ten (10) West,
excepting always the following part thereof, to-wit:
Commencing at the seutheast corner of said half quarter
section and run thence north ten (10) rods; thence West
sixteen (16) rods; thence South ten (10) rods; tnence
East sixteen (16) rods to the beginning, all in Gibson
County, Indiana. Being the same real estate described in
Deed Record No. 87, Page 367 in the Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
ALSO, the North one-half (1/2) of the East one-half (1/2)
of the East one-half (1/2) of the Southwest Quarter of
Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Two (2) South, Range
Ten (10) West, containing 20 acres, more or less. Being
the same real estate described in Deed Record 111, Page
364, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
ALSO, a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Two (2)
South, Range Ten (10) West, and boLnded as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southwest
Quarter, Southeast Quarter of said Section, Township and
Range running thence North Ten (10) rods; thence West
sixteen ( 16 ) rods;, thence south ten ( 10 ) rods; thence
East sixteen ( 16 ) rods; to the place of beginning and
containing one acre more or less. Being the same real
estate described in Deed Record No. 90, Page 184, Office
of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and being the
same real estate described in Deed Record No. 166, Page
295, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
TRACT #2:
The East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34,
Township 2 South, Range 10 West of the second principal
meridian, containing 80 acres, more or less. Being the

same real estate described in Deed Record No. 104, Page
469 in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana.
TRACT #3:
Lot 115 in Tower Heights, a subdivision of a part of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range
11 West, as said lot is designated on the recorded plat
of said subdivision.
SUBJECT TO all rights-of-way, easements, covenants,
conditions, limitation and restrictions of record, and to
all zoning laws, if applicable.
And that ROY F. LASATER and MILDRED L. LASATER, now deceased, were
husband and wife at the time they acquired title, as tenants by the
entireties, to:
Tract #1 by deed of conveyance dated the 16th day of December,
1986, and recorded on December 17, 1986 in Deed Drawer 5, Card 5722
in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County.
Tract #2 by deed of conveyance dated the 16th day of December,
1986, and recorded on December 17, 1986 in Deed Drawer 5, Card 5723
in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County.
Tract #3 by deed of conveyance dated the 3rd day of December,
1985, and recorded on December 5, 1985 in the Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County.
That the marital relationship which existed between this
affiant and MILDRED L. LASATER, his wife, continued unbroken from
the time they so acquired title to said real estate until the death
of MILDRED L. LASATER, his wife on the 6th day of November ,
1995, at which time this affiant acquired title to the real estate
as surviving tenant by the entireties.
That the gross value of the estate of the decedent, MILDRED L.
LASATER, as determined for the purpose of Federal Estate Taxes, was
less than the value required for the filing of a Return and the
decedent's estate is not subject to Federal Estate Tax.
