AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH AND SURVIVORSHIP
Comes now Darlene Williams, an adult, and after being first duly swom upon her
oath, deposes and says as follo�cs:
1. That this Affidavit is based upon personal knowledge.
2. That she is familiar with the facts and circumstances surrounding this matter
and is competent to tesdfy to [he matters stated herein.
3. That this affiant is the daughter of Clyde E. Liniger and Dorothy J. Liniger.
4. That Clyde E. Liniger and Dorothy J. Liniger were husband and wife at the
dme they acquired the following described rea] estate located in Gibson County, State of
Indiana:
The Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 27, Township 2
South, Range 9 West, containing 40 acres, more or less.
ALSO, an undivided 1/4 interest in and to the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 27, Township 2 South, Range 9 West,
containing 40 acres, more or less.
5. That the marriage of Ciyde E. Liniger and Dorothy J. Liniger remained intact
and unintetrupted undl the death of Clyde E. Liniger on September 28, 1993. A copy of the
death certificate for Clyde E. Liniger is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein
as Exhibit A. Dorothy J. Liniger did not remarry after the death of Clyde E. Liniger.
6. That Dorothy J. Liniger died on April 18, 2002. A copy of the death certificate
for porothy J. Liniger is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit B.

7. By virtue of a Warranry Deed dated March 4, 1994 and recorded March 9,
1994 at Gibson Counry Deed Record Book 94-1257, this afFiant, Darlene Williams, and her
sister, Janice Seidner, are now the owners of that portion of the real estate described at
paragraph 4 above which was not previously conveyed by Clyde E. Liniger and/or porothy
J. Liniger prior to the dme of Dorothy J. Liniger's death.
