The survey tract is located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter in Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, Gibson County, Indiana.: This survey was completed without the benefit of a title commitment or abstract of title. A complete titie search may reveal facts that may change poRions of this survey. In accordance with Indiana Survey Standards as defined in the Indiana Administrative Code (865 IAC 1-12 "rule 12"), the following observations and opinions are submitted regarding the various uncertainties in the locations of the lines and comers established on this survey as a result of: a.) Availability and condition of reference monuments. b.) Occupation or possession lines. c:) Clarity or ambiguity of the record description used and/or adjoiners description. d.) Measurements and Measurement Techniques. a.) Availabiiity and condition of reference monuments: In our field research for this survey, we located a sufficient number of monuments (as shown on the survey plat), which in our opinion, provided us with enough data to verify or reestablish the record title lines of the parent tract. Unless noted otherwise on the plat, all monuments are flush with the ground, in good material condition and firmly set in the ground. - The iron found at the southeast comer of said quarter quarter is referenced in Document 2009-2857. 2- The monument found at the southwest comer of said quarter quarter is referenced in a survey by Fred Kuester dated 5/29/97. 3- The 5/8 inch irons found at the northeast and northwest comers of the survey tract are also referenced in Document 2009-2857. b.) There are no inconsistiences with any existing lines of occupation or possession. c.) There are no apparent discrepancies in the record descriptions for the survey tract. d.) This survey was conducted as a Rural Survey as defined in 865 IAC I 12 7(d)(1). Real time GPS surveying equipment was used to make the necessary measurements for this original survey. As a result of the above observations, it is my opinion that the uncertainties in the location of the lines and comers established in this survey are as follows: Due to record calls compared to surveyed measurements: as noted on the survey plat Due to Relative Positional Accuracy: 0.20 feet plus 200 parts per million Due to random errors in measurements: 0.07 feet Respectfully prepared by, Kevin J.
