This land is being declassified by the Division of Forestry under the
provisions outlined in Section 18 of the Classification Act of 1921,
Please make the withdrawal of this land from classification a matter
of record in your office and place the above described land back on
the tax duplicate at its normal assessed valuation and notify me of
your receipt of this letter in order that the records of the Division
of Forestry be completed.
Please consult Section 17 of the enclosed copy of the Classification
Act in regard to taxes. There is a tax of 561.24 per acre to be
collected on this withdrawal.

provisions of an Act approved Match 10, 1921, and as amended entitled
"An Act to encourage timber production and to protect watersheds by
classifying certain lands as forest lands; and prescribing a method of ,
assessing (appraising) lands thus classified for purposes of taxation,
"are not being carried out on the following described land owned by
