HARVEY McCARTY, being duly swom upon oath, says
[hat EVP McCARTY died, intestate, on June 27, 1944, and that as of the
date of death the said Eva McCarty and this affiant were the owners, as
husband and wife, of certain real estate described upon the transfer cecords
of Patoka Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana, in the office of the
Auditor of said County, [o-wit:

• That said real escate passed to this affiant by virtue of
the laws of the State of Indiana as the surviving tenant by the entirety and
Denver Beloat, Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, is hereby requested to
transfer said ownership on the records of Gibson County, Indiana, from
Harvey McCaay and Eva McCarty to theundersigned, Harvey McCarty.
