AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAI, ESTATE FOR TAXATION
TO: Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana
FRED C. McCULLOUGH, being first duly sworn upon oath, says
that he is one of the owners of the real estate situate in Patoka
and Montgomery Townships, Gibson County, indiana, particularly
described on attachment hereto, incorporated herein by reference,
and designated as "SCHEDULE #1".
Affiant further says that said real estate is presently listed
for taxation in the names of Lucy Bensch, Mary Couts and Fred C.
McCullough; that Lucy Bensch died 8-24-50 and left, by Will probated
in Gibson County, Indiana, her interest in said land to her husband,
Raymond Bensch; that he died 7-4-59 and left said property to his
sole heirs in equal shares, namely, his two sons, Raymond Chism
Bensch and Michael John Bensch.
Affiant further says that Mary Couts died 10-13-78 and by her Will
probated in Gibson County, Indiana, as a Foreign Will, left her
interest in said real estate to John Couts, Betty Couts and Lucy
Grace Couts Leon; that by virtue of the foregoing, said real estate
is presently owned as follows:

Raymond Chism Bensch
Michael John Bensch
John Couts
Betty Couts
Lucy Grace Couts Leon
