AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Mamie E. McCullough, being first duly sworn, upon
her oath, deposes and says:
That she is more than thirty (30) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her
occupation is a Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described
real property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana,
towit:
The west half of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of section 23, township 3 south, range 9 west, containing 20 acres.
ALSO, the east haLf of the northwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of said section, township and range and containing 20 acres.
ALSO, a part of the west half of the northwest quarter of said
section and bounded as follows: Begin at the northeast corner
of the west half of the northwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of said section and from said point of beginning running
thence west along the section Line 4 rods; thence south 26 rods;
thence east 4 rods; thence north 26 roda to the place of beginning;
BEING the same reat estate described in Deed Record No. 90 Page
39, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerLy owned by Jesse L. McGwllough and
Mamie E. McCullough, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said Jesse L. McCullough died March 11, 1965, and that
said Jesse L. McCullough and Ma!nie E. McCullough were husband
and wife at the time of the death of the said Jesse L. McCullough.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Jesse L. McCullough at the
time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax
1aws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that
the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate
Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
