AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Hermena R. Miller, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her oacupation is a Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following'described real

estate located in/Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 2,
township 3 south, range 9 west, bounded as follows: Begin at the south-
westcorner of a tract of land heretofore owned by Samuel A. Smith
in said southeast quarter and run thence north 16 rods, more or less,
to the southwest corner of a tract of land heretofore conveyed to
James A. Jones; thence east to a point 23 feet west of the center of
the E& I Railroad taack; thence in a southwesterly direction parallel
to said railroad track to a point opposite the point of beginning;
thence west to the point of beginning, containing three-fourths acres,
more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record ido.
131 page 515, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Zndiana;
and that she knows of her knowledge that said above described-real
estate was formerly owned by William N. McCullough and Clara McCullough,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knaws of her own knowledge
that the said William N. McCullough died intestate, on or about
July 29, 1966, and that the said William N. McCullough and Clara
McCullough, were husband and wife at the time of the death of the
said William N. McCullough.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge

that the vaiue of the estate of the said/�isaa McCullough, at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of
said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
