McGarrah he and this affiant were the owners of real estate situate in Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 2 south, Range 10 west in Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and further described as follows: Commence at the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 2 south, Range 10 west and measure north 78 degrees west along the Seminole Lake Road a distance of 94.57 feet to an iron; thence measure north 74 degrees 58 minutes west along the center of said road a distance of 416 feet to an iron; thence measure north 77 degrees 30 minutes west along the center of said road a distance of 123 feet to an iron found and marking the true point of beginning; thence measure north 69 degrees 31 minutes west along the center of said road a distance of 184.98 feet to an iron found; thence measure north 17 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds east a distance of 193.33 feet to a one-inch pipe found; thence measure south 87 degrees 0 minutes 10 seconds east a distance of 152.SQ feet to a sucker pipe found; thence measure south 8 degrees 45 minutes 25 seconds west a distance of 243.80 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.834 acres, but subject to the north part of a county road off the south side thereof. 3. That the Estate of Densil E. McGarrah was of insufficient value to require the filing of a Federal Estate Tax Return. 4.
