Margaret McGuire, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
says that she is the surviving widow of Richard Thomas McGuire,
deceased; that said decedent departed this life on the 21st day
of June, 1982, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and
was the owner with the affiant as tenants by the entirety of
certain real estate situate in the Town of Fort Branch, Gibson
County, State of Indiana, which is listed upon the transfer records
of the Auditor of Gibson County, State of Zndiana, and more
specifically described as follows, to-wit:
Part of the northwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of section 19, Toomship 3 south, Range 10 west,
described as follows: Begin 475 feet south of the
northwest corner of said section and run thence east
695.5 feet to an iron pipe in the south line of the
projection of Mulberry Street in the Taan of Fort
Branch projected eastward, which said iron is also 25
feet east of a tract of land heretofore conveyed by
Clarence Slinger to Urban and Agnes ScYmiitt, and run
thence east 109.25 feet to the northeast corner of a
tract heretofore conveyed by Clarence Slinger to
William E. and Mariam Taylor, and frcan said beg�nn;nq �-::_
point thus established, run thence east 109.25 feet
to an iron; thence south 168 £eet to an iron; thenoe
west 109.25 feet to an iron; thence north to the place
of beginning, containing four tenths (.4) of an acre,
• more or less.

That title to said real estate passed to this affiant as
the surviving tenant by the entirety, and the Auditor is hereby
requested to transfer said real estate to this affiant's name for
tax purposes.
