The undersigned affiants, Robert FI. McY.ee and Dorothy M. McKee, do
hereby state the following:
1. That tl�ey consent to the assumption of a certain Real Estate
Conditional Sales Contract dated April 2, 1907, regarding the old t9estern
Auto E3uilding at 218-220 West State Street. City of Princeton, State of
Indiana, by the Princeton Lions Club; and further, that througti this
assumption the Princeton Lions Club is not and will not be responsible
for fulfillinq the contract heretofore mentioned.
2. That the oriyinal purcl�asers, pursuant to that said contract,
remain obligated thereunder until all the terms of said contract are
fulfilled.
