That �Y:e is the widow of Raynond Roy McKinney who died a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana on June 6, 1965. 3. That Theodore C. McKinney who was the father of '� Raymond Roy McKinney, hie only child, died, a widower in Pike County, Indiana in the year 1941 and Raymond Roy McKinney, this affiant's husband was his sole and only heir at law. 4, At the time of Theodore C. McKinney's death he owned the following deacribed real eatate eituate in Gibaon County, Indiana, towit: A part of the northwest quarter (1/4) of Section nineteen (19), town two (2) south, range eight (8) west, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point two hundred seventy five (275) feet east and twenty-five (25) feet south of the center of Clay and Trusler Streets in Oakland City, Gibson County, Indiana, ' and run s uth one hundred twenty (120) feet; thence east forty-five (45) feet; thence north one hundred twenty (120) feet; thence west forty- five (45) feet to the place of beginning; and said real estate at his death passed to Raymond Roy McKinney. 5. That following the death of Raymond Roy McKinney intestate administration was opened to administer his assets in Gibson County, Indiana and his heirs were determined to be this affiant, Cleatis May McKinney, hia widow; Fern Sims, daughter; Roberta Thompson, daughter; Helena Jenkins, daughter; Leatrice Ingle, daughter; Malcolm McKinney,•`son; Oleva McKinney, da�ghter; and the children of a deceased daughter, Rosetta Irene Graham, to-wit: Paul Graham, Gary Gra:iam and Freeman Graham. 6.
