Joe D. Moore, being first duly sworn upon oath, depo'ses and says
that he is one and the same person as Joe Durk Moore, who is named as
one of the residuary beneficiaries under the Will of Mary Mildred
Moore, as recorded in Will Record S, page 421, in the office of the
Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court.
Affiant further says that the following land which is listed for
taxation in the name McReynolds, Elby L., Life Estate, in Gibson
County, Indiana, to-wit:
Lot Number 10 in Woodbree Addition to the Town of ..
Owensville, Zndiana, ' �
is owned by the following persons, in the following purportions:
Helen Bender and Benjamin V. Bender,
wife and husband,
Helen Bender, individually,
Joe D. Moore
Donald M. Moore

Affiant further says that Elby L. McReynolds died October 17,
1962, and that upon his death said property should have been trans-
ferred for taxation oursuar.t to deed recorded ir. Deed Reccrd :5°, paga
199, records in the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana,
as follows:
Stanza Walters and Lilburn walters, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entirety, an undivided 1/3;
Helen Bender and Benjamin V. Bender, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entirety, an undivided 1/3;
Mildred Moore, an undivided 1/3.
Affiant further says that Lilburn Walters died April 26, 1963,
leaving his widow, Stanza walters, surviving. Also, that Mary Mildred
Pfoore, by her will referred to above, left her 1/3 interest in the
property described above to this affiant and Donald M. Moore.
The Auditor is hereby directed to transfer the above-described
land for taxation in accordance with the facts set forth above so that
the same may be further transferred to Janelle Perlow in accordance
with"a warranty deed, dated this date.
