Csettle and allow account, and for authority to distribute estate
filed by William Michael Hobson, personal representative of the
estate of Hugh McGill, deceased, which account and petition are
on file with the Court and a part of the Court's record.
And it appearing that no objections were filed thereto and
the Court, being fully advised in the premises, now finds that:
1. Due notice of the filing of said accounting and
petition and the hearing on the same were given to all persons
interested in said estate. That a formal notice was published
pursuant to the provisions of Z.C. 29-1-16-6 and that this matter
is now properly before the Court for final action thereon.
2. That Hugh McGill died testate a resident of the County
of Gibson, State of Indiana, on the 6th day of February, 1993,
and his Last Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate
before this Court on the lOth day of February, 1993, and this
Court appointed said William Michael Hobson personal
representative of the Last Will and Testament of the decedent,

� and said personal representative was issued Letters Testamentary
on the lOth day of February, 1993, and since that date, he has
continued to serve in such capacity.
3. That the matters and things stated in said accounting
and petition are true, and that said personal representative has
accounted for all the assets in this estate coming into his
hands.
4. More than five (5) months have elapsed since the date
of the first published notice to legatees, devisees, and
creditors oP said decedent; all claims filed against said estate
have been paid and discharged; neither said decedent nor his
personal representative were employers of labor within the
meaning of that term as used in the Indiana Employment Security
Act; and all estate taxes, inheritance taxes and gross income
taxes, if any, assessed in said estate have been paid.
5. That the following persons are the sole legatees and
devisees under the decedent's Last Will and Testament:
William Michael Hobson - 1/3 net estate
Richard L. Hobson - 1/3 net estate
Sandra Kay Wagner - 1/3 net estate
That said distribution should be made to the above-named parties
as set forth above.
6. That the decedent owned a certain piece of real estate
located in the County of Gibson, State oE Zndiana, more
particularly described as follows:

50 acres located in Center Township, Gibson County, Indiana,
as follows:

' The Southwest 4uarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
32, Township 1 South, Range 9 West, containing 40 acres,
more or less; and also, all that part of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, both of Section 31,
Township 1 South, Range 9 West, which lies west of the
thread of Patoka River, containing l0 acres, more or less.
and that said real estate vested in William Michael Hobson,
Richard L. Hobson and Sandra Kay Wagner upon the decedent's death
as part of the residuary estate.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court
as follows:
l. Said Final Report and Accounting of said personal
representative is hereby in all things approved, settled, and
confirmed.
2. That the distribution of the balance of the property
remaining in said personal representative's hands for
distribution should be made pursuant to the distribution set
Eorth in the Pinal accounting as prascribed under the Last Will
and testament of said decedent and is hereby in all things
approved.
3. That pursuant to the decedent's Last Will and Testament
and the agreement of the distributees, the following described
real estate, to-wit:
5o acres located in Center Township, Gibson County, Indiana,
as follows:
The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section�
32, Township 1 South, Range 9 West, containing 40 acres,
more or less; and also, all that part of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, both of Section 31,
Township 1 South, Range 9 Wast, which lies west oP the
thread of Patoka River, containing 10 acres, more or less.

• is hereby vested in William Michael Hobson and Richard L. Hobson,
�:equally as tenants in common.
- And that said personal representative is hereby directed to
procure and record in the office of the Recorder of Gibson
.�. County, being the county in which said real estate is located, a
certiPied copy of this Final Decree.
' 4. Said personal representative is hereby directed to
distribute the balance of the assets available for final
distribution pursuant to the provisions of the decedent's Last
Will and Testament as follows:
William Michael Hobson - 1/3 net estate
Richard L. Hobson - 1/3 net estate
Sandra Kay Wagner - 1/3 net estate
5. Said personal representative is hereby directed to file
his Supplemental Report showing that he complied with the terms
of this Order, and that said personal representative has in all
things carried out the provisions of this final decree. /�c,,/
