REFERENCE MONUMENTS: • The southwest corner, the northwest corner, the northeast corner, and the southeast corner of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section (22) are marked by found monuments with the record documentation of each corner shown on the Plat of Survey. • The southeast corner, the southwest corner, and the northeast corner of the east half of the southeast quarter of Section (21) are marked by found monuments with record documentation of each corner shown on the Platof5urvey. LINES OF POSSESSION: • The west lines and the north lines of the surveyed tracts are the apparent lines of possession. • The boundary lines which coincide with the west and north lines of the Danny L. and Mary Alice Memmer 2.00 acre tract are the apparent lines of possession. • The other lines of the surveyed tracts are within county road rights-of-way. RECORD DESCRIPTIONS: • The record descrip[ions of the parent traci are summarized as the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 22, with a 2.00 acre exception in the southeast corner. And also a strip of land containing twenty (20) acres of even width off the entire east side of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, township 2 south, range 10 west. • The adjoining tracts to the north, the east, and the south are limited to the appropriate quarter quarter sedions. CORNER SUMMARY OF THE SURVEYED TRACT: • The northwest corner of the 7.38 acre surveyed tract is calculated 0.22 feet southerly of a female pump rod as per pocument #01-2616. • The southwest corner of the 12.59 acre surveyed tract is marked by a 1 inch iron pipe found flush. • The center line of Sand Creek is used as new lines as requested by the client. • Other corners of the surveyed tract are discussed in the Reference Monuments portion of this report.
