AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY
That the above-named decedent died intestate on April 6, 2005. That she was
preceded in death by her husband, Marvin McNeece, on September 3, 1994. That during her
lifetime she had seven (7) children and was survived by the following six (6) children: Jan P.
Miles, Jerel McNeece, Jama Sanders, Jay McNeece, Jonathan McNeece, and Judith Cahoy
Schatz. That a seventh child, Jill Wittenmyer, passed away in May, 2000, and left surviving her
one (1) child named Eric S. Wittenmyer.
That more than 45 days have elapsed since the death of Patsy McNeece.
That no application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is
pending or has been granted by any Court in any jurisdiction, nor is any contempiated.
4. That the followine named persons are ihe only heirs of the decedent: Jan P. Miles,
Jerel McNeece, Jama Sanders, Jay McNeece, Jonathan McNeece, and Judith Cahoy Schatz, all
children, and Eric S. Wittenmyer, grandson. That the oldest heir, Jan P. Miles, resides at 2783
N. Diana Drive, Vincennes, IN 47591.
That the value of the decedent's gross probate estate, less liens and
encumbrances, does not exceed the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars (525,000.00), as

provided under IC § 29-1-8-3.
6. That the only probate asset of the decedent is a parcel of real estate located in
Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A part of Militia Donation Number 65 in Township 1 North, Range 10 West, bounded as
follows, towit: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Militia Donation and run thence north
84 degrees west along the south line thereof, 312 feet; thence north 6 degrees eas[, 287.1 feet to
John Edward's south line; thence south 84 degrees easi, along Edward's south line 312 feet to
the east line of said Militia Donation; thence south, 6 degrees west 287.1 feet to the place of
beginning,containing 2.05 acres, more orless.
Being the same real es:ate described in Deed Recerd ?�'o. 170, Pa�e 272, Offce of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana.
Parcel Number: 009-00533
That said property was last assessed at S7,000.00.
Official records in the office of the Gibson County Treasurer list the ownership as
"Marilyn E. / Patsy McNeece," and this is in error. The owners should be listed as "Marvin E.
McNeece and Patsy McNeece." Pasty McNeece's full name is Patsy Marilyn Mc\'eece.
That all creditors have been paid in full.
8. That the individuals entided to the real estate as the result of the death of Patsy
McNeece are her sole heirs as follows: Jan P. Miles, Jerel McNeece, Jama Sanders, Jay
McNeece, Jonathan McNeece, and Judith Cahoy Schatz, all children, and Eric S. �Vittenmyer,
grandson.
9. That by reason of the above stated matters, the affiants request that the above real
estate be transferred to the name of Jan P. Miles, Jerel McNeece, Jama Sanders, Jay McNeece,
Jonathan McNeece, and Judith Cahoy Schatz, and Eric S. Wittenmyer, as Tenants in Common, in
accordance �vith the provisions of IC § 29-1-8-1, IC § 29-1-8-2, and IC § 29-1-8-3.

10. That the decedent's estate was not subject to Indiana Inheritance Tax.
