produce in open Court, a duly certified and authenticated co�y of the
Last Flill and Testament of PiARJORIE C. YOUNG, Deceased, late a resident
oi the Borough of Bayport, in"the Town of Islio, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, originally proved and admitted to probate by the
Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County, State of NeH� York, where at the
time of her death, the testatrix resided, together vrith the order ad-
mitting said 4Ii11 for probate, and also together with the certification
and authentication thereof, and moves the Court that said Last LJill and
Testament be ordered filed in the Gibson Circuit Court of Gibson County,
State of Zndiana, and recorded in the record of 4lills in said County and
Jtate as Lhe Last Will and Testament of the decedent, PIARJORIE C. YOUNG,
�•rith the same effect as if originally admitted to probate in this State.
The Court, having seen and examined said certified and authenti-
cated copy of said Last Ulill and Testament, and order admitting said Last
Will and Testament to probate, and being duly.advised in the premises,
finds that there is an estate in Gibson County, Indiana, upon which
said 4lill may operate, that said copies so oroduced have been certified
and authenticated by the prooer officers having legal custody of the
originals, and being satisfied that the same ought to be allowed as the
Last Will and Testament of said decedent, novr
ORDERS said certificated and authenticated conv of s2id Last
4Ji11 and Testament, together with the certified and authenticated copy
of the order admitting said Last 41i11 and Testament to probate, to be
filed in this Court, and recorded as such upon the proper record of
Wills;_and thereuoon said Last Will and Testament shall have the same
effect as if originally admitted to probate in this State.
