That thereafter affiant entered the military serv(ce of the United States and served two years in the Navy, having been dis- charged on November 11, 1963, 3. Affiant says further that he was in fact a part owner of the cabin herefna,bove described and that the same was never assessed In his name as part owner,through mistake or inadvertence of the assessor. 4. That on August 10, 1964, the cabin hereinabove de- scribed was sold by the Treasurer of Gibson County, Indiana, for de- linquent taxes ln the amount of $27.00 to Homer Bacon. 5.
