Glenn Doyle Riley, being first duly sworn, upon his oath,�poses
and says:
That he is 47 years of age, a resident oE Gibson County, State
oE Indiana, and his occupation is a Federal Meat Inspector.
That he is familiar with the following described real property
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
The east half of lot n�ber one hundred thirty (130) and the east half of
lot number one hundred thirty one (131) in Old Plan (Genung & Walters)
Fort Branch, Gibson County, Indiana. Being the same real estate described
in deed record 115 page 139, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana.
And that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Charles Marvel and Bertha Marvel,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. (Deed Record No. 123 page
395, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana).
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that said
Charles Marvel died intestate on or aboUt the 27th day of June, 1963, and
that said Charles Marvel and Bertha Marvel vere husband and wife at the time
of the death of the said Charles Marvel.
Affiant Eurther states that he knows of his own knowledge that the
value oE the estate of said Charles Marvel,at the time of his death, Within
the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws, was less than Sixty ($60,000.00)
Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent aas not subject to any Federal
Estate Tax. .
