Aff - Maxam, Carl J_3/7/1972, ��.- � �� �q � 9 STA'FE OF INDIANA � �� f9�; COIINTY OF GIBSON SS: � Q� AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTI TY Nova Maxam, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife; • That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: A part of Lot 19 in the Original Plan of the tawn of Francisco, bounded as follows: Begin in the west line of Fourth Street at the southeast corner of said lot and run thence with the south line of said lot to the southwest corner thereof; thence parallel with Fourth Street along the west line of said lot to a point 32 feet north of the southwest corner of said lot; thence parallel with Vine Street and the south line of said lot to the east line of said lot; thence along the east line of said lot to the beginning. The north half of Lot 25 and also the space between Lots 19 and 25 in the OriginaI Plan of the town of Francisco. EXCEPT the coal underlying the above described tracts of land; Being:the same real estate described in Deed Drawer #1, Card #3258, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Carl J. Maxam and Nova Maxam, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said-Carl J. Maxam died intestate, on or about Jannary 14, 1972, and that the said Carl J. Maxam and Nova Maxam, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Carl J. Maxam; Affiant further states that to the best of her knowledge and belief said decedent's estate will have a gross of less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000,00), and will not be subject to a Federal Estate Tax, Form No. 706; and that the Indiana Inheritance Tax will be determined in the Gibson Circuit Court under Estate Dkt.
