Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 121, page 335, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana, and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Frank Maxam and Mary C. Maxam, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that said Frank Maxam died on or about June 2, 1968, and that said were Frank Maxam and Mary C. Maxam,/husband and w3fe at the time of the death of the said Frank Maxam. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Frank Ma�cam, at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
