AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Lucille M. Lamb, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of No. 3939 Carol Ave., Santa Barbara, California (93105), and
her occupation is a Housewife.

That she is familiar with the following described real estate
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
A part of the southwest quarter of Lot number one (1) in range
number 3 of the New Survey of the town (now city) of Princeton,
described as follows: Begin 113.25 feet from the southeast corner
of said southwest quarter, measured.westward along the south line
thereof, and run thence west with the south line of said lot,
73.25 feet; thence north 148.5 feet; thence east 73.25 feet;
thence south to the-place of beginning. Being the same real estate
described in Deed Record No. 121, page 335, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, indiana,
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Frank Maxam and Mary C. Maxam,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said Frank Maxam died on or about June 2, 1968, and that said
were
Frank Maxam and Mary C. Maxam,/husband and w3fe at the time of the
death of the said Frank Maxam.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Frank Ma�cam, at the time of his
death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less
than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said
decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
