01ive H. Ma�cam, being first duly sworn, upon her oath,
deposes and says:
-- __- That-she is more than sixty (60) yeara of age, a_ . __
resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her occupation
is a Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
property Located in G�son County, State of Indiana, towit:
An undivided thir�fourths ( 3/4tts) interest in
value in and to the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, State of
Indtana, towit:
A part of the southeast quarter of the north-
east quarter of section 19, township 2 south,
range 9 west, bounded as follows: begin at a
point 177 feet south of the.northeast corner of
said quarter quarter section and run thence south
116 feet and 8 inches; thence west 400 feet; thence
north 116 feet and 8 inches; thence east 400 feet
to the place of beginning.
For chain of title see Deed Record No. 109 page
27, Deed Record No. 111 page 264, Office of the
Recorder of Gibaon County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Lewis A. Maxam and Olive H.
Maxam, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Lewia A. Maxam died on or about the 16th day of August,
1965, and that Lewis A. Maxam and Olive H. Maxam were husband and
wife at the time of the death of the said Lewis A. Maxam.

Affiant further states that she knowa of her/knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Lewis A. Maxam at the time of
his death within the meaning of the Federal EState Tax laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of
said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
