AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTZ '
William Maurer being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, indiana, and his occupation is a Retired Farmer.
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of
section 35, township 3 south, range 11 west, bounded as follows:
Beginning 25 rods and 20 links east of the southwest corner of
said quarter section and running north 81 rods and 12 link's to
the north boundary line of said quarter quarter section; thence
east 56 rods to the northeast corner thereof; thence south 81
rods and 12 links to the southeast corner thereof; thence west
56 rods to the place of beginning, containing twenty-eight and
fifty-two hundredths acres, more or less. Being the same real
estate described in Deed Record No. 108 page 9, Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, indiana, ALSO,
Lots number two hundred thirty_ eight (238), two hundred thirty
nine (239) and two hundred forty (240) in the Original Plan
of the town of Haubstadt, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 124
page 309, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana,
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Theodore Maurer and Theresa
Maurer, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Theodore N. Maurer died testate, on or about
January 28, 1969, and that said Theodore N. Maurer and Theresa
Maurer were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the
said Theodore N. Maurer.
