AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Elfrieda May being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
The Southeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of section fourteen (14), in township three (3)
south, range nine (9) west, containing forty (40)
acres, more or less; save and except 2 3/4 acres,
more or less thereof, heretofore conveyed to
Barton School Township, to be used for school
purposes,
Two (2) acres off of the west end of forty-four
(44) acres off the south end of the west half of
the northeast quarter of section 14, township 3
south, range 9 west, in Gibson County, State of
Indiana,
ALSO, eighteen (18) acres of land lying in the
south part of the northwest quarter of the north-
east quarter of section fourteen (14). town and
range aforesaid,
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record
154, Page 209, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana,
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Eli C. May and Elfrieda May,
husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Eli C. May died testate, on or about September 26,
1973, and that said Eli C. May and Elfrieda May were husband and
wife, at the time of the death of the said Eli C. May.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the estate of said Eli C. May, deceased, will probably not
be liable to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not,
