• • �AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
_ Aenr.y_H._May_er.,_being_first_duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is a Farmer.
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lots number one hundred sixty-nine (169), one hundred seventy :(�170)
and ten feet off of the East side of Lot number one hundred seventy-
one (171) in the Original Plan of the Town of Haubstadt, Gibson
County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge, that said above described
real estate was former owned by Dennis F. Mayer and Mary C. Mayer,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Dennis F. Mayer died testate, on or about the
Sth day of April, 1970, and that the said Dennis F. Mayer and Mary C.
Mayer, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said
Dennis F. Mayer,
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Dennis F. Mayer at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate
of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not. •
