Isabel G. Meredith� being first duly sworn� upon
her oath says that she is the surviving�widow of Harley C, Meredith�
deceased� that said decedent departed this life on the 25th day of
January� 1963� a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana� and
was the owner with affiant as tenants by the entirety of certain
real estate situate in Gibson County� State of Indiana, which is
listed upon the transfer records of City of Princeton� Gibson
County, State of Indiana� and described as follows:
A part of lot number thirteen (13) and
a part of lot number nineteen (19), both
in Archer's Enlargement to the town (now
City) of Princeton� and said two parts
of lots together bounded as follows� to-wit:
Beginning in the west boundary line of said
Lot number nineteen (19) at a point one
hundred twenty-two feet and six inches
(122'6") noTth of the southwest corner of
said lot and running thence north fifty
(50) feet� thence east one hundred forty-
eight feet and six inches (148'6") to the
east line of said lot number thirteen (13)�
thence south fifty (50) feet, thence west
one hundred forty-eight feet and six inches
(148t6") to the point of beginning.
