That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: A part of the north half of the southwest quarter of Section 31, Township 3 south, Range 10 west, and described as follows: Beginning at a point 17 1/7 rods east from the center of the Evansville and Terre Haute Railroad Track on the south line of said north half quarter section and running thence north 7 rods; thence east 3 rods; thence south 7 rods; thence west 3 rods to the place of beginning; ' Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 133 Page 104, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; ALSO, A part of the south half of the southwest quarter of section 31, township 3 south, range 10 west, and described as follows: Begin at a point 400.4 feet east of the point of intersection of the center line of the Chicago and Eastern Illinois Railroad with the north line of said half quarter section, and run thence south 5 degrees 50 minutes east 15.5 feet to the northwest corner of a tract of land now owned by Raymond Schmidt et ux; thence east 67 feet to the northeast corner of said tract; thence south 3 degrees 40 minutes east along the east line of said tract 229.5 feet to an iron; thence east 143.2 feet to the west line of Second Ave., in the Town of Haubstadt, Indiana; thence"along said west line 243,3 feet to the north line of said half quarter section; thence west 228.1 feet to the place of beginning and containing eighty-seven hundredths (.87) of an acre, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 174 page 268, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana� And, Deed Drawer #1, Card #589, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and, that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Earl L. Merrilees and Mary Lucile Merrilees, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Earl L. Merrilees, died on or about January 29, 1972, and that the said Earl L. Merrilees and Mary Lucile Merrilees, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Earl L, Merrilees. . _� �� - Affiant further believes that said decedent's estate will be less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) (gross) and not subject to a Federal Estate Tax.
