AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL
ESTATE UPON THE TAX DUPLICATE
TO THE AUDITOR OF GIBSON COUNTY, INDIANA:
STATE OF INDIAIVA
COUNTY OF GIBSON, SS:
VIVIAN I. MILBURN, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says that Ida M. Milburn departed this life, intestate, a resi-
dent of Gibson County, in the State of Indiana, on December 17th. , 1955, and
left surviving her as her sole and only heirs-at-law her two adult children,
namely: Vivian I. Milburn, of Patoka, Indiana, and Kenneth L. Milburn, of
Akron, Ohio; that said decedent was, as of the date of her death, the owner
of certain real estate situate in the Town of Patoka, Gibson County, in the
State of Indiana, and assessed for taxation on the Transfer Records of the
Town of Patoka, found in the Audigor's Office of Gibson County, Indiana
in the name of Ida Milburn, who was one and the same person as the decedent
Ida M. Milburn, and described as follows:

That no administration on the estate of said.decedent is pending in any court
and no proceedings therefor are contemplated; that this affiant has filed a
Schedule of All Property owned by the decedent for inheritance tax determin-
ation by the Gibson Circuit Court; that the title to the above described real
estate passed to the said Vivian I. Milburn and Kenneth L. Milburn by virtue
of the laws of descent of the State of Indiana, and that this affiant makes this
affidavit for the purpose of inducing the Auditor to list the above described
real estate for taxation in the names of Vivian I. Milburn and Kenneth L.
Milburn.
