yAFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY

Joy Miller, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes
and says:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of lot number seven (7) in Archer's Enlargement of the
town (now city) of Princeton, in said County and State, bounded
as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said lot, and
run thence north seventy four (74) feet and three (3) inches;
thence east sixty nine (69) feet and three (3) inches; thence
south to the sonthline of said lot, and thence west to the place
of beginning.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 97,
page 565, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real estate was formerly owned by Logan H: Miller and Joy Miller,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states;that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Logan H. Miller, died testate, on or about March 9,
1969, and that said Logan H. Miller and Joy Miller, were husband
and wife, at the time of'the death'of the said Logan H. Miller.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Logan H. Miller at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
