AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Pauline H. Moore, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) years.of age, a resident
of Patoka, Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Zndiana, towit:
All of lot number one (1) in Coleman's Enlargement to the Town of
Patoka, except the f ollowing described parcels of land, towit:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said lot number one (1) and
running thence south one hundred fifty (150) feet; thence.west ninety-
nine (99) feet; t hence north one hundred fifty (150) feet; thence
east ninety-nine (99) feet to the place of beginning and numbered lot
number aixteeri,(16);.excepting further the following.described parcel;
Beginning at the southeast corner of said lot, which is also the south-
west corner of lot number two (2) in said Enlargement, and run thence
north two hundred thirty-eight (238) feet; thence west ninety-one
(91) feet; thence south two hundred.thirty-eight (238) feet; thence
east ninety-one (91) feet to the place of beginning;
AND FIIRTF� R EXCEPTING the additional part of said lot One (1) which
said last designated exception is in words and figures as follows:
A part of Lot #1 in Coleman's Enlargement to the town of Patoka
described as follows: Beginning in the north line of said Lot at a
point one hundred fifty-nine (159) feet west of the northeast corner
thereof, and run thence west and along said north line sixty (60)
feet; thence south and parallel to the east line of said Lot one
hundred seventy-five (175) feet; thence east and parallel to the
north line sixty (60) feet; and thence north to the place of beginning.
For chain of title to the above described real estate see Deed Record
No. 100 Page 3, Deed Record No. 164, Page 140, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by William P. Moore and Pauline H..
Moore, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said William P. Moore died on or about the 9th day of
January, 1970,, and that said William P. Moore and Pauline H. Moore,
were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said
William P. Moore.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said William P. Moore, at the time of
his death within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less
than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said
decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
