real property was formerly oimed by Hrnvard E, htorris and Agnes D. Aforris,
husband and tvife, as teoants by the eotirety,
pffiant further states that she knoivs of her own kn rnvledge that said
Hotirard E, Dtortis died, testate, on or about July 2pth, 1962, and that said
Ho�rdrd E, Morris and Agnes D, Dtorris were husband and wife at the time of
the death of the said Howard E, Morris,
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the
value of the estate of said Howard E, Atortis at the time of his death,
within the meaning of the Federal Estate 1`ax laws, ��as less than Si�cty
Thousand ($60,000,00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was not
