AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH AND AEIRSAI �n .

The undersigned, Zelpha R. Morrison, the adul� daughter and sole
heir at law of Norma E. Morrison (sometimes designated as Norma
Elizabeth Morrison), being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
1, That the said Norma �'. Morrison (sometimes
designated as Norma Elizabeth Morrison), died testate, a resident of
Gibson County, Zndiana, on August 11, 1971, and whose last will and
testament was admitted to probate by the Gibson Circuit Court on
August 17, 1971 -(Estate Dkt. No. PR 71 - 123), and at the time of
death she was the owner of an undivided one-half (1/2) part in and to
the following described real estate situate in the Town of Patoka,
White River Township, Gibson County, indiana, tawit:
Part of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 25,
township 1 south, range 11 west, beginning at a.point in the east
line of Main Street in the town of Patoka, which pdnt may be found
by commencing at the-southwest corner of Lot 46 in Columbia Division
of said town of Patoka, and running thence south on said east line
of Main Street 207 feet and 9 inches, and from this point of beginning
running south 47 feet, thence east 315 feet, thence north 47 feet,
thence west 315 feet to the place of beginning.
A�,'another part of said quarter quarter section, described
as follows, beginning in the east line of said quarter quarter section
at a point 213 feet and 5 inches south of the northeast corner thereof,
running thence west 259.5 feet, thence south 179.9 feet; thence east
259,5 feet; thence north 179.9 feet to the point of beginning. Being
the same lands described in Deed Record 92 Page 391, Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
ALSO, the following described real estate, towit: Beginning at a
point in the east line of Main Street in the town of Patoka, Indiana,
which point may be found by commencing at the northeast corner of the
northwest quarter of section twenty-five town one south, range eleven
west, a nd running thence south on said east line of Main Street 225
feet, from said point of beginning running thence east parallel with the
said north line 315 feet; thence south parallel with the east line of
Main Street 35.5 feet; thence north 84 degrees and 30 minutes west
three hundred sixteen and fourtenths feet to the east line of Main
Street; thence north five feet to the place of beginning. Being the
same real estate described in Deed Record 92 Page 398, Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
ALSO, the following described tract, towit: Beginning at a point
in the east line of Main Street in the town of Patoka, Indiana, which
point may be found by commencing at the north line of the northeast
quarter of the northwest quarter of section 25, in township 1 south,
range 11 west, and running thence south on said east line of Main
Street 1�8 feet and from this as a point of beginning run thence east
parallel with said north line three hundred fifteen (315) feet; thence
south parallel to the east line of Main Street thirty five feet and
five inches; thence north 84 degrees 30 minutes west three hundred
sixteen feet and seven inches to the said east line of said Main Street;
thence north along said east line of said Main Street two feet to the
place of beginning; being the same real estate described in Deed
Record No. 97 Page 126, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana;

This affiant makes this affidavit for the sole purpose
of establishing the individual ownership in the name of Zelpha
Ruth Morrison, as surviving joint owner under the Deed set forth in
Deed Record No. 124 Page 27, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana;
This affiant further says that said decedent's estate
was in a taxable gross of less than Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00), and the same was not'subject to a Federal Estate
Tax; and that all Indiana Inheritance Tax due on the estate
of Norma F. Morrison, the decedent herein, is being determined
by the Gibson Circuit Court in Probate Docket No. 71 - 123.
That this affidavit is made for the sole purpose of
obtaining a transfer of the real estate hereinabove described
in the Town of Patoka Transfer Book, Auditor's Office; Gibson
County, Indiana; to Zelpha R. Morrison.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
