2. That the aforedesignated Gerald Lee Smith died
i:iteatate, a reaident of Gibson County, Indiana, on March 16,
1955, and that upon the death of the said Gerald Lee Smith
she became the aole owner of the real estate above described.
That as the then surviving widow of Gerald Lee Smith,
deceased, she married one Garland Mullen as of January 18, 1962
in the City of St. Paul, State of Minnesota; and, that this
affiant as Margie Lee Mullen obtained a divorce from the said
Gailand Mullen in Cause No. C67-192, November 14, 1967 - Divorce
Order Book No. 85 page 208, Office of the Clerk of the Gibson
Circuit Court; and, that the �id Margie Lou Mullen (formerly
Margie Lou Smith) is as of this date an unmarried person.
